You can only exchange products if they have a manufacturing defect or are damaged. We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange, email us at paperkalpana@gmail.com and send the items back to us. Our team will check the product and handle the exchange.

• Return Policy

We do not offer returns after the product has been delivered.

• Cancellation Policy

  You can cancel your order only if it hasn't been dispatched from our warehouse yet.

  How to Cancel:

  1. If you placed the order as a registered user, you can cancel it by sending an email to paperkalpana@gmail.com.
  2. Please include your order ID in the email.

  Note: Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
