We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. You may request an exchange only if the item has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during delivery.

To initiate an exchange, please email us at paperkalpana@gmail.com with your request. You will need to return the item to us, and our team will inspect the product to verify the defect or damage. Once confirmed, we will process the exchange for you.

Return Policy

Please note that we do not offer returns after the product has been delivered. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure it meets your expectations.

How to Place a Exchange Request

  1. Go to Account Section

    • Log in to your account on the retailer’s website or app.
    • Navigate to the “Account” or “My Orders” section.
  2. Select Order

    • Find and select the order that contains the item you wish to return.
  3. Click on Return Button

    • Look for a “Return” or “Request Return” button associated with the selected order and click on it.
  4. Select Reason and Add Optional Note

    • Choose the reason for your return from the available options.
    • Optionally, add any additional notes or comments regarding the return.
  5. Place Return Request

    • Review your return request details.
    • Confirm and submit the return request.
